Exploring Energy – free one-day interactive workshops
FREE Teen Workshops during Dublin’s City of Science hosted by SEAI and ECO-UNESCO, these workshops are hands-on, interactive and most importantly fun!
The aim of the workshop is to engage teens, 12 to 18 year olds, in the science behind the topics, with a view to developing a more lasting interest. Hands-on activities and experiments will be carried out, all relevant to our daily lives such as investigating the amount of energy it takes to charge a Smartphone or to power a Wii. An inquiry based learning approach will be used throughout the workshop.
