Abbott Family Science Day at ESOF 2012

Today’s students are the inventors and innovators of tomorrow. That is why it is vital to inspire and train young people to pursue careers in science and engineering.
During ESOF 2012 a team of Abbott volunteers, with the support of the Abbott Fund, will make the Abbott Family Science possible. Working together, families are introduced to a range of activities that encourage the exploration of scientific principles in a fun and hands-on way.
The Abbott Family Science programme looks to spark an interest in science among young people to inspire the next generation of scientists, and to foster a better understanding of science and a richer appreciation of the value it brings to improving human health.
Abbott Family Science is suitable for all children, particularly those aged 8-10. It is a self-guided programme, lasting approximately 30 minutes to one hour. The Family Science Programme is one hour in duration. Please select a time to attend in the registration form below.
